White Oak Restaurant

Atlanta, GA

CAPACITY

Project Manager/Construction Manager

STRUCTURE and CHALLENGE

Located in the historic Georgia Power building on the 200 block of Peachtree Street in the heart of Atlanta, this building was vacant for over a decade.  Consequently, the project started with a concrete slab and concrete walls.

Today, this white linen, fine dining establishment is 16,000 square feet and features a central dining room with three hanging chandeliers constructed from Jack Daniels distillery crates.  One of the private dining rooms boasts a burnt cedar interior.  A large bar is designed to mimic whiskey barrels, adjacent to vintage barrels from the Jack Daniels Distillery.  A wine fridge allows for easy access despite its massive size of 16 feet.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

  • Coordinate conceptual process and all members of the design team.
  • Conduct bid process.
  • Initiate all contracts associated with project and vendors.
  • Oversee subcontractors for scheduling and quality control.
  • Relocate utilities without disruption.
